Announcement for Spec Miata Drivers

Dear Spec Miata drivers:

We are pleased to announce that, for the fourth-consecutive year, Spec Miata racers registering early for the SCCA National Championship Runoffs will receive free Hoosier Tires! This is made possible by the great partnership between Hoosier Racing Tires and SCCA.

The first 50 drivers registering for the 2016 Runoffs (held Sept. 19-25 at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course), will receive a free set of four Hoosier SM7 tires for use at the event. Registration opens Wednesday, July 20 at 9 a.m. CDT.

These tires will be available for pickup through Hoosier Tire Midwest at Mid-Ohio after the time sheet from Qualifying 1 is released on Monday, Sept. 19. Tires will not be distributed until you have turned a wheel in an official session, beginning with Monday's qualifying.

Tires not picked up by the close of business of Hoosier Tire Midwest at Mid-Ohio on Tuesday, Sept. 20 will be released to the next eligible person on the list.

Please note that each tire will be assessed a $15 delivery fee (so $60 for four), which is to be paid by the recipient directly to Hoosier Tire Midwest. This was the most convenient and economical means to deliver the tires to all 50 individuals. Mounting and balancing charges also apply.

We look forward to seeing you at the 2016 SCCA National Championship Runoffs Presented by Garmin VIRB!

Best regards,

Eric Prill
